Happy Easter!!! we went to Carson’s parents house for lunch. Good food… really good food :). Carissa got her first easter basket. It has piglet in it! and the three little pigs pop-up book. Thanks grandma.

oooo good news and bad news…

Bad News: Our microwave decided to retire today hahahahaha
So the good news is… We will get a new microwave!!! woohoooo… that microwave is already old anyway and dirty!! :). So right now I’m cooking rice, old school way

seems like all my life involving my pregnancy now… I don’t want to be those moms who only talk about their pregnancy and their babies… but seems it’s harder than I thought!! hehehe I guess pregnancy itself bring so much joy (and pain) in your life that you can’t really run away from the subject.

Also this blog is pretty much accessible for everyone.. so I’m getting too scared to write about stuff… which is that against the freedom of speech. Yet I don’t want to be in any trouble at work.

Here you go: Pregnancy wise.. go to my baby blog (there’s a lik on the right hand side), I embed the movie of my baby heart beat.

Work: I heard someone said the ‘N’ word and till now no one corrected him, or telling him that we don’t use that word around here… how can we tell him without passing a judgment against him…

Married life: never been better… Carson has been a great spouse through out my pregnancy, he helped me clean.. do laundry and the dishes while I sleep all the time. Thanks honey… you’re the best! He even drove me to the prenatal visit.. and listens to what the doctor said, while I’m dossing off or pretty much not in my body at the moment.

Ok I’m done.. time to eat and….. SLEEP! heheheheheheh

Okay so now I think everyone knows.. about our deepest secret.  I’m telling you it’s so hard to keep a secret especially a secret like this for the past 11 weeks.  It’s not fun being sick and not able to talk to Carson’s mom or Carson’s sister.  Basically talking to people who had this experience before.  Anyway I promised this is going to be the only post that I will talk about my ‘joyful news’.  I used to hate those people who only talk about the subject and not able to change the subject.  So if you want to hear my whinny and sickness and all that you can go to my other blog.  Other wise IF you never know my other blog.  Here is the link.  I will just tell you once.. not gonna tell you again. Look what I got!!!! I got a birthday gift from Catherine!!!! o m g… I was so surprised! she gave me 60GB external hard drive… really nice!! thin and no power needed.  Just plug & play. AND … inside the hard drive she put all the videos from our wedding!!! she’s the best!!!!

I think we almost done with the Christmas shopping.. I think… night night…

yes!!!!  I was so worried today because the doctor told me I have to take this 9 months medication of INH, because my TB skin test was positive but my X-Ray showed I’m normal.  Anyway to make the story short, I found out from my sis-in-law that, everyone (well most of us) who grew up in a third world country got this BCG vaccine which is not a common vacine in US since TB is not a famous disease in US.  so this vaccine actually the thing that cause about 95% of people who came from South East Asia have positive TB.

Bacille Calmette Guerin (BCG) is the most widely used vaccination in the world. BCG is made of a live, weakened strain of Mycobacterium bovis, (a cousin of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the TB bacteria). It was developed in the 1930’s and it remains the only vaccination available against tuberculosis today. It is used because it is effective in reducing the likelihood and severity of TB in infants and young children. That is especially important in areas of the world where TB is highly prevalent, and the chances of an infant or young child becoming exposed to an infectious case are high. In the United States BCG is not used, because TB is not prevalent and the chances are small that infants and young children will become exposed. Another reason BCG is not used in the United States is because it may cause a tuberculin skin test to convert from negative to positive. This can be confusing because the TB skin test is the best available test for TB infection, and widespread use of BCG would make the skin test less useful.

My Mom called today!! she told me that one of my cousin (one of the richest one in our family) will get married.. Sept 24 !!! whoa.. in Shangrilla Hotel! Now I’m getting excited.. 3 wedding receptions in 1 visit.. that will save our time.. so I don’t need to visit my aunties and uncles from my dad side… WOOHOO… but no ‘red pockets’

I’m getting excited… now I need to find 3 gowns!!! O M G!! I should go shopping this weekend.. since I will get my pay check this thursday.

1.  Remember the t-shirt contest.. I won.. well we.. (me & anthony).  The gift is actually $25 gift card for Qualcomm store.. so I told him don’t worry about the gift.. knowing that we won is already good.  Since I was kinda not sure since we came up with 3 design concepts and they pick the Matrix idea (which actually kinda old.. since Matrix been overused alot).  So here’s the t-shirt design.. but there will be couple changes since the logo need to be match with the company standard logo.
