Getting tired and sick of Carson answer on “what do you want for dinner sweetie?”.. since he always said “whatever”.  I’m going to come up with my whatever recipe. So if Carson said whatever, I will cook this!

Whatever Asian Recipe

From Messy House

Ingredients:

whatever in your fridge. I think we have kielbasa, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, green peppers.
Chopped them all
White Rice cooked
Eggs
Cooking Oil

Directions:

Heated oil, put eggs & garlics, meat, and whatever in your fridge that edible.
Then add White Jasmine Rice
Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, Oyster Sauce, whatever sauce you can think of.
Salt & Pepper, taste it… add whatever you please..

if your husband mad or only eat a little and say he’s full.. force them to clean his plate since he’s the one that requested ‘WHATEVER’ food…

am I mad? no… I’m just PMS-ing…

PS: It turns out still good :( tries to make it as yucky as possible.. still taste good…

bad sushi = stomachache??

June 21st, 2008 Filed under: food by d.andorf

Last night we went to one restaurant in north side of town (won’t say the name).  Anyway they have sushi for $7/plate and I should say, WAL-MART sushi is MUCH better! the rice is so dry and yeah.. yuck… But other than that the food are awesome.

But after that at 3-ish am, my stomach hurts so bad!!! this morning too.. I was feeding her at 8am and couldn’t help it.  So I have to force her to stop nursing and gave her to Carson (while she’s screaming of course) and ran to the bathroom. *sigh*

No more.. no more…

d&orfs Catering

March 11th, 2008 Filed under: Friends, food by d.andorf

So I started a catering business because of my dear friends Ramona suggested I do catering. With my limited skills, I tried my best to cater the best. :D

For now I only have 4 people, so I have to cook for the total of 6 people (1 person wants 2 meals per day). I’m telling you, it’s not as easy as I thought would be. So for next week I will narrow down to 2 options per day that they can pick. Cooking 5 different meals in 1 day is CRAZY!

Anyway, if you live in Ames area or willing to pick up the food you’re so welcome to join :D

  3. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.
